In April 2018 Benefit won his 14-day test in dressage in Schlieckau with a score of 8.66. He was also the best stallion overall, with a score of 8.40. Benefit`s sire DSP Belantis, after Benetton Dream FRH 1301, was amongst other achievements placed fourth in the young horse World Championships 2014 with 9.26 points, and the year after became the silver medallist with a final score of 9.5. He was successfully competed by Isabell Werth in 2016 and 2017. DSP Belantis was named “Master Stallion” during the German Masters in Stuttgart 2017.

His dam Sam has an interesting bloodline. She combines the KWPN stallion Sion with strong bloodlines such as Weltmeyer, Akzent II and thoroughbred via Welton in the third generation.
