Tenor Du Gue doesn't have many offspring, but Chanson Du Village, with thoroughbred bloodlines, has achieved victories in CCI2* eventing. The offspring inherit fine gaits, especially in the canter, and possess good conformation. The first foals born in Sweden in 2022 are consistently sporty and modern type, displaying elastic gaits. His son Zion became the winner of the National Foal Championship at Strömsholm in 2022.

Pedigree

Tenor Du Gue boasts a lineage that combines the best of French, Holstein, and Anglo-Arabian blood, resulting in a 59% thoroughbred heritage. This bloodline combination has proven to be highly successful and is a hallmark of Selle Francais and French breeding. Mylord Carthago shares similar bloodlines as well.

Tenor Du Gue's sire, Opium de Talma, had a highly successful career as a young horse, ridden by Patrice Delaveau before being taken over by Rudy Rock. The pair was very in successful in 4* 145 and Opium de Talma has since proven to be a sire of performance, both in show jumping and eventing. Notable offspring include T'intely Lande (150), Talma D'allou (CCI4*), Usky des Islots (155), Ultimate de Kreisker (150), and Dansenoire D'autize (CCI3*).

Tenor Du Gue's impressive pedigree traces back to legendary bloodlines. His sire, Opium de Talma, comes from the renowned Carthago, who, under Jos Lansink, had an incredible career, including an individual fifth place at the Sydney Olympics. Carthago is a stallion known for leaving a lasting mark on international show jumping with highly successful offspring.

Opium de Talma's maternal grandfather, Qredo de Paulstra, was a breeding sensation in France, producing numerous offspring and approved sons at the highest levels of show jumping, including VDL Sabech (160), Soleil de Cornuch (160), Quattro B (160), and Jumex sport Qredo (160). Qredo de Paulstra has also produced successful dressage horses, significantly improving the gaits of his progeny.

Tenor Du Gue possesses a strong motherline with several 150-160 class horses. The offspringa are also well known for their high rideability, great jumping ability, and excellent temperament. His dam, Isaura des Hayettes, has produced six offspring, many of which compete at the Grand Prix level. Notable offspring from Isaura des Hayettes include Roxane des Hayettes (150), Owen des Hayettes (150), Pilette du Gue (150), Tenor Du Gue (160), Verdun Du Gue (135), and Mathilde des Hayettes. Mathilde des Hayettes was exported to Portugal and competed up to medium level before transitioning to breeding. She has produced Fernhill Holly Chay (150) and Jasmim da Harmida (150), among others.

His grandmother, Etoile D'ig'or X, has five offspring, with three of them reaching the Grand Prix level: Libertin du Reverdy (150), Qadrille de Coeurjoye (150), and Mister de Vains (160), as well as Kick du Reverdy, whose two offspring compete in 140 classes.

In the third generation, you find one of the most influential Anglo-Arabian stallions in Selle Francais, Prince Ig'Or X. He is the grandfather of Victorio des Frotards (160), Talma D'allou (CCI4*), Manhattan du Chalet X (160), Ame moi o Sandor (160), Riale Darmenonville (160), and Pirole de la Chatre (1m50), among others.

Tenor Du Gue is approved in SWB (Swedish Warmblood) and Selle Francais.
